Developmental consultation and follow up
Getting to know your child and learn what steps need to be taken to get them on the right track. All patients 5 years and older will be asked to complete a futuresTHRIVE screening assessment.
Follow up visits for established patients to determine what extra needs your child may have.
Developmental and autism assessment 3 years old and under
Review of birth and early developmental history prior to assessment. Tools such as Capute scales, Rita-T, and CARS-2 may be used as part of the comprehensive assessment depending on your child’s individual needs.
Whole exome sequencing and micronutrient testing may be performed at an additional cost.
ADHD, mental health, autism, IQ screen 4 years and up
NICHQ Vanderbilt ADHD assessment, SCARED anxiety screening tool, Columbia Depression screen to be completed and reviewed prior to visit.
Whole exome sequencing, micronutrient testing, and KBIT IQ screening tool can be performed at additional cost.
About Dr. Kyle
Dr. Suzanne “Suzi” Kyle MD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician with 16 years of experience in primary care pediatrics. After training at Texas Children’s Hospital, she dedicated her career to providing comprehensive, family-centered care.
Recognizing the significant need for behavioral and mental health support within pediatric primary care, Dr. Kyle pursued specialized training. In 2022, she completed the REACH Institute’s Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care Program. In 2025, she completed an advanced behavioral health training program for primary care providers through the Texas Children’s Hospital Meyer Center for developmental pediatrics and autism.
Dr. Kyle plays an active role in the Texas Pediatric Society serving on the Autism Task Force. Dr. Kyle also serves on the Medical Advisory Board for futuresTHRIVE, a digital mental health screening tool that will be offered to her patients. She is passionate about supporting families in understanding and navigating developmental delays, neurodivergence, and ADHD. She brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to helping children access the resources and support they need to thrive.
