Developmental consultation and follow up
$50
20 minute telehealth consultation to hear your concerns and direct you on the right path to move forward with assessment.
Follow up visits $100 per 30 minutes
Developmental and autism assessment
$1200
Thorough autism assessment and evaluation of developmental delays. This fee covers 3 visits: A comprehensive telehealth intake, in person 1 hour assessment, and telehealth follow up.
Bloodwork, if recommended, will be billed by outside network.
ADHD, anxiety, and autism evaluation
$600
Requires forms and mental health screening to be completed prior to visit. This fee covers 2 telehealth visits. Dr. Kyle does not manage medications. If your child may benefit from medication, a referral to another provider will be made.
Bloodwork, if recommended, will be billed by outside network.
KBIT IQ screener can be performed for $100.
